You will be required to submit a travel claim form along with all travel documents (receipts, boarding passes, ticket stubs) to be eligible for reimbursement. The refund process takes 4-6 weeks and cannot be initiated until after the EMiC event. Please contact the Project Administrator for the appropriate account numbers for the form.
