Welcome to the Registration page for Exile’s Return: An EMiC Colloquium at the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris.
To register for the EMiC colloquium, you are required to fill out the registration form prior to paying the registration fee. These fees are compulsory for every active participant, including speakers, presenters, panelists, and those chairing sessions.
Please note: If you are simply planning to attend the conference (and not presenting a paper), please see the Non-Presenter Registration Form.
Due to the financial demands of orchestrating an international conference at a European venue, the fee for this event is 100€, payable in advance by credit card. There is no discounted rate for junior scholars. Because the Sorbonne is processing the fee, we will be unable to accept other forms of currency. The credit card payment is meant to save speakers from the costly fees associated with bank transfers.
Online registration for speakers will be available from 15 February 2012 until 31 May 2012.
After this time, payment will be only accepted on-site, in cash on the first day of the conference. A late payment charge will apply. The on-site payment fee is 150€.
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, three lunches, a cocktail and the conference dinner on the final day of the conference.
